Carey's Bio

Carey is a 20 year member of the Professional Golf Association and Lynnhaven Golf Park is very proud to have him here as our Director of Golf Instruction! Carey has been teaching and playing golf competitively for many years and counts among his many accomplishments the following:

    Qualified as medalist.

    Full time touring golf professional.

Instructed multiple, individual Virginia High School State Champions and completed thousands of golf instruction lesson's to individuals and groups.

Learned from Golf Professionals, David Leadbetter, Hank Haney, Tim Cusick, Steve Johnson, Tyler Kirkendoll, Mike Labauve, Jim McClean, Rick Smith, and Jon Corliss.

Carey has been published by several magazines for his outstanding golf instruction, he is also currently working on his book of golf instruction.

Endorsed by several radio stations, television news and local business to represent their companies.

Carey takes your particular needs, your particular set of skills, and forms a personal instruction program for you.

Carey is NOT a method teacher, but rather builds your golf swing to work best with your body's limitations and strengths.
